Pros
As an intro employee, I was able to gain knowledge about business & my field that would have taken me years to learn in a different company. The management team (especially in marketing) is very willing to have employees take on new tasks as learning experiences that ultimately serve as a great stepping stone for any employee trying to advance their career/technical skills. While a lot of Convoso involves self-starting/initiative– this serves a purpose for anyone looking to expand their horizons. I ended up doing far more than my role indicated. While my time at Convoso was short, I feel that my career benefited exponentially. I would recommend Convoso to anyone trying to make a career in B2B/SaaS or tech in general.
Cons
The people at Convoso are a pleasure to work with and are all amazing people. However, this does not stop management from occasionally stepping on toes with outside influence.
