      This organization gives their employees to reach their full potential. Aside from a very competitive salary and benefits, this is the only company that I worked with that you really feel the involvement in helping the growth of the company. This is where I feel the true meaning of Team Work. Each and everyone are helping and working with each other for a common goal, which is to provide the best service to our clients.

      You really need to work very hard. You need to have a very high work ethic.

      Functions like a startup, but is already over 10 years old. They have a lot of experience in this space

      Lacking in direction for sales. Key objectives are outlined, but a clear road map is missing. No proven sales system was in place to duplicate.

      Some of the things that I liked best about working at SafeSoft was the ability to work hand in hand with the owners, developers and the rest of the staff on a daily basis. Along side of that the company's true desire to have the best more reliable product available to the end user

      Sometimes changes came about to quickly and were not based on well thought out ideas.
