      Pros

      -Technology is up to date. -Fast Paced -Friendly Environment -Management are like friends and family Good place to learn a lot since its a smaller company each individual wears many hats which can be good depending on how you look at it.

      Cons

      -Sometimes projects are not discussed long enough causing software requirements to not be as developed as some of us wish. -Communication can be weak from time to time.

      Pros

      A tight-knit crew of technology enthusiast who push known boundaries everyday. Open floor plans allow for cross departmental cooperation unlike other other organizations I have been a part of in the past. One might say that this ship sails with all hands on the wheel from entry-level to executive leadership.

      Cons

      Only con is that all wear many hats from day to day. Some might have to try a little harder to focus if their style is a little more rigid. With that said, the right people will thrive on the jack-of-all trades work style.

      Pros

      SafeSoft places a strong emphasis on the importance of demonstrating the company core values. With confidence, I can say these values are not only manifested in internal company culture, but with all the clients and potential clients as well.

      Cons

      Unfortunately you need to pay for snacks in the lounge's vending machine. Luckily, colleagues are always helping each other out if someone doesn't have cash and coffee is free.
