Pros

I enjoy the work, my personal boss is fair, and you can't beat the weather in SC.

Cons

Good Ole Boy Network is in charge and they are easily offended by new ideas and women wearing pants. Health care is hard, and they are not making it any easier. Best to put up and shut up. If you can live with that, you'll do great here.

Strong leadership and unit directors, fantastic coworkers.

Cons

None that I can think of. I was very upset to have to put in my resignation due to personal issues causing scheduling conflicts.
