      Pros

      Patient focused, treats employees with respect and value everyone. Great friendly atmosphere and really care about providing Excellent care to their patients.

      Cons

      Less than average pay; Their pay is less than other local hospitals as a whole. The on call pay rate there hasn't changed in 20 years; $2.00 an hour.. They offer 403 retirement instead of 401 k. Some areas of specialty do not get recognized or compensated/paid specialty pay like other hospitals do.
