Pros
Hourly pay was above average after 8 years with them.
Cons
Typical hospital behavior. Nurses drowning in way too much work in order to keep budgets down. Too much responsibility for a job with no room for error. Meanwhile, President/CEO was banking close to 2 million a year. Health insurance is expensive for a group plan and not very good coverage. My dentist laughed at the dental plan, said he hadn't seen that low amount of coverage since the 80's.
