You get to know everyone, from security to housekeeping. Small town feel.

Cons

The pay is barely enough to live on for a nurse who starts out as a new grad.

Pros

Benefits are ok as long as you stay in network. Great teamwork and family like atmosphere between bedside staff.

Cons

Poor communication between Management and bedside staff which has created a rift over the years.

Decent hours, not enough pay, lousy benefits (high deductibles)

Cons

If you have "bad" credit, don't apply....You will get overlooked because of your credit score!!! It doesn't matter if you have a "solid" work history, a great work ethic, years doing the same job you're applying for, great letter of references....NOPE, none of that matters if your credit score is below what they think it should be....
