Pros

Conway Medical Center has an amazing internship called The Academy for new graduate nurses that gives new grads the opportunity to experience multiple units within the company. This whole process makes orienting with CMC a complete breeze! The staff and management make the transition from new grade to nurse very helpful.

Cons

The charting software does have a difficult learning curve and takes some time getting accustomed to.
