      The staff is very welcoming and encouraging. Willing to train and educate new staff in their position so they can also work independently.

      Cons

      There should be more opportunities for advancement and in ways to further advance in their skills.

      Pros

      - High Turn over rate so didn't have to tolerate managers long but then had to get use to another manager. - Directors were difficult to maintain on the unit so didn't have overhead staff so less negativity in the work environment.

      Cons

      -Unprofessional -Played favorites -Didn't care about staff -Mandatory weekends and mandatory sign-up for a 4th shift every other week. - always focused on money and staffing needs suffered as well as patient care putting nurses license on the line as well as patient safety.

      Working 3 on and 4 off

      Cons

      No teamwork. Aides are on their phones more than anything. Alot of the nurses were lazy. I was the only aide most of the time, and on nights when I did have help, I had to go find them.
