      Pros

      You work with amazing people, and have a wonderful work culture. I have an amazing boss that does micromanage

      Cons

      The pay might not be as much as a Little Rock hospital but I save on gas money (closer to home) and would rather work with an awesome team then travel for more money

      Pros

      Great place to work. Good benefits for medical, dental, and vision. Their 401k match is nice and pto time is an added plus.

      Cons

      Pay just isn't where it needs to be for today's cost of living. Very high turnover rate resulting because of the pay scale

      Employees around the department have no remorse or accountability for the things that they do during all the 3 shifts

      Cons

      Most things and management are horrible everybody is a brown moser and don't pay attention to anything that is happening
