Pros
- High Turn over rate so didn't have to tolerate managers long but then had to get use to another manager. - Directors were difficult to maintain on the unit so didn't have overhead staff so less negativity in the work environment.
Cons
-Unprofessional -Played favorites -Didn't care about staff -Mandatory weekends and mandatory sign-up for a 4th shift every other week. - always focused on money and staffing needs suffered as well as patient care putting nurses license on the line as well as patient safety.
