If you love children it's a great place to work. People are friendly/coworkers

Cons

Organized chaos, workflow not even, pay sucks and they will not increase. Management is little to none, no communication. Techs there is a revolving door can not keep the good ones. Training is horrible

Cons

suffers from the "good ole boy(or girl)" syndrome. Promotes from within without regard to education, experience or ability. Highschool atmosphere at management, executive level. Lacks Maturity at the top.
