Pros

If you work at the main campus being on the floor with the kiddos would be the best.

Cons

Very old school with change. Do not work for the CBO. Everybody that is in a leadership role is in each other’s pocket. Create needless jobs only to let go of good hard working employees. No advancement....tend to hire from the outside and from out of state. High turnover in CBO. Way too many Managers and treat “production” as they like to say like doormats. PTO is horrible. You have to use your PTO for Holidays...mandated!! HR does not listen to employees when complaints are made about leadership or Managers. Managers and up given covered parking while the rest of us have to park in the hot sun.

Able to work in 4 different areas with in the hospital for 20 yrs. Experience helped.

Cons

Try to leave on good terms, if not they will back ball you and it doesn't matter how long you work at the hospital.
