      Pros

      No layoff. Surrounded by smart people. Keeping simple but strong moto: Patient first & Do the right thing. Now Cook is changing. Gives great opportunities that thinking about yourself seriously if you are relatively newbies. Good place for newbies to learn what I should do and don't.

      Cons

      Boiling frog. Still living in the great old days. Young president is trying to change the company, but V.Ps? Questionable.

      Pros

      A place with great history in the intervention medical space. Good people, reasonable benefits, no quarterly sweats since company is private. Good products and people that genuinely care about each other.

      Cons

      Antiquated and inconsistent HR practices that are not always very family friendly. Some SBUs are more progressive in their practices but completely depends on who the managers are.
