      Employees are all very friendly and helpful. Cafeteria is the best I have ever encountered, many health-conscious options and a rotating menu.

      Cons

      Commute can be tough in the winter but there is a convenient bus system for those who do not own a car.

      Great benefits. Flexibility of day's schedule for the family oriented management. Company provided, cooked breakfast and lunch. Company offers fitness center.

      Cons

      Little advancement opportunity in the organization. Company culture of people, since majority is "townie". Low paying for the high stress job. I am not allowed to use fitness center during the middle of the day.
