      Pros

      Wonderful first job for a new graduate interested in the medical device industry and eventually wanting to go into sales. You learn a lot about the different divisions and company as a whole. You serve as valuable support person to many difference functions within sales operations. The manager that oversees this team is great!

      Cons

      After about a year to a year and a half you are expected to move into another role, mainly as a District Manager (sales rep) and often may not have first choice of where you go. Not really a con, just need to be flexible in division and location.

      Pros

      Amazing leadership. Conferences, the best and latest tech gear. Project managers have made things better by keeping marketing away from our desks.

      Cons

      Nepotism. Keeping people in positions that have zero clue what they are doing. The resources that are used to keep these people in those positions causes bigger issues down the road.
