Pros

Lots of opportunities to grow, & great compensation bonuses, the sky is the limit.

Cons

The high turn over rate of management & crew in all the stores makes the work place a very stressful environment, be ready to work lots & lots of hours, the work / life balance is just not there.

Pros

The pay is great unless they find a reason to take it all away. The people you interact with on a daily basis are superb.

Cons

Upper management has no idea what they're doing any more. Not the same company I signed on to. They do not pay what they promise and / or are very slow to pay. Older stores getting neglected due to insane expansion "plan". No work / home balance. Policy enforcement is very lopsided. They will turn a blind eye to their invincible favorites. This company chews up and spits out all their good people. I have spoken with headhunters that refuse to work with this company due to its reputation.

Good food, half off prices, overtime. Meet tons of cool people. Great pay for management, not hourly employees. Possible promotion in store

Cons

Management does not work, does not pay enough for the health insurance they provide. Will work you into the ground. Your lucky to get a 30 minute break on a 11 hour shift. Will send people who got there after you home early. Requires "documentation" of call out if you are not a favorite of a manager. Management fratenizes with employees.
