Pros

Money that is only reason

Cons

Work you like a slave while in training. GM won’t come in when all the staff calls out but expects me to every week. Works me 55-60 hours a week. District manager cussing cooks. Horrible

Pros

Pay could be rewarding if you like the fast food (quick service) scene

Cons

No one follows policy the way they enforce it towards trainees. Not the most pleasant work environment or trainers. Turnover rate is high and ultimately you’re just a number. Would not return for employment.
