Pros

Decent pay for the industry

Cons

The program is a lie. They tell you it's 7 weeks but drag it out to 12+. They make all MITs and Employees take policy tests but the information provided to study in incomplete, inaccurate or outdated and changes depending on who you ask on a given day. They can't decide what is important. Service, quality or staff labor.
