Free Burgers and that's it

Cons

Long Hours, horrible work life balance, disconnected upper management, weekly meetings 100's of miles away even on your day off. No one will ever tell you good job they will just point out the one negative thing. Unrealistic golas set for managers and staff. High manager turnover. Your paycheck is delivered by the meat guy sometimes to late for you to make a bank deposit. It was just a horrible place to work.

The pay is great unless they find a reason to take it all away. The people you interact with on a daily basis are superb.

Cons

Upper management has no idea what they're doing any more. Not the same company I signed on to. They do not pay what they promise and / or are very slow to pay. Older stores getting neglected due to insane expansion "plan". No work / home balance. Policy enforcement is very lopsided. They will turn a blind eye to their invincible favorites. This company chews up and spits out all their good people. I have spoken with headhunters that refuse to work with this company due to its reputation.

If this company had pros I would list them, but since they do I have nothing to put.

Cons

Lazy Management, Unorganized, Unethical, Hostile Work Environment. They have NO COMPUTERS. So everything is DONE by pencil and paper and though the fax machine. You pay for your uniforms. Paychecks come off a meat truck in the middle of the night. No direct deposit.Employees and Managers smoke weed in the parking lot in there cars.
