-Free Food -Free Drinks -Flexibility -Can work whatever position wanted -Extra pay for closing shift -Ability to move up -Also worth noting- you gotta be willing to work without griping or complaining.

Cons

-May get sent home early -Can be frustrating sometimes -Hard to be certified on a station/get raises -Training kinda sucks -Strict uniform rules
