Pros

Excellent work life balance, casual culture, easy access to senior management

Cons

Lots of shortsightedness, incompetence, poor decision making, misplaced priorities. Should have been strongly profitable long ago.

Pros

Things have gotten better since the CEO left. There are a number of talented people at the company that are a joy to work with.

Cons

Everything is legacy. Management has historically treated the company at a retail shop and refuses to go after new customer bases.

Clueless managers leading unmotivated employees

Business Outlook

Pros

Flexible hours, good location, good employee discount.

Cons

Management has no idea how to make the company profitable. No bonuses or raises. Heavy turnover. Culture is geared to group think and has no desire to learn from past mistakes. Long-time employees who have ground the company down in the past few years are firmly in control and will fight any new ideas. Computers and internal software are broken, obsolete, and impedes productivity. Most of the great employees have left in the past year, and everyone is doing the jobs of multiple people.
