People are very dedicated and friendly. Working in a technical department, they invest a lot in people and future technology. So, not being static and dictating. The future is looking very good in the company. Also the company has a great ambition of becoming World No 1.

Cons

Salary is not great due to its manufacturer nature. No bonus at all. However, benefits like health care and employee share options are not very good.
