Meeting new clients, and working with them to become the best version on themselves.

Cons

Overworked and under paid. The company will always have a revolving door because the staff is over worked and underpaid. There are no good incentives or bonuses to show appreciation for staff.

Pros

Pay by the hours on the clock supportive staff And Flexible schedules. I took college classes when working here very flexible. The place use to be different until covid hit . I did my time working here I did enjoy working with some of the people I know there for years .

Cons

Stressful job that could effect your mental health bring you down with the company use to be different back when I started but change the way control the fitness center there. The pay is not good with the time I did there very low very hard to get a raise even if you did good job working there. More focus on billing there than the clients.
