Great support between coworkers and partnering companies. The members are great!

Cons

Marc claims to treat the whole person when in fact billing is more important; there is no balance. Lack of professionalism on management's behalf. Team is often instructed to "get creative with billing" (ie. reporting a 3 minute phone call with a member lasted 15 minutes to get the billable unit). False documentation also encouraged when supervisor sees fit. Despite multiple staff informing upper management of these continued unethical practices nothing has been done.
