Amazing team and great people. Great environment to work in. Make a different in the lives of the clients.

Cons

Huge turn around, 6 people quit or fired within a 6 months time span. On call is mandatory for this role, suppose to be every 6 weeks but was every other week due to understaffing. Still expected to exceed past numbers and goals set for a full staffed team even with less than half of the team members. Use of own car and mileage reimbursement was not great, around 40 cents on the dollar.
