Team connection makes the place enjoyable.

Cons

Poor leadership, they choose favorites, use their “power” to belittle staff, underpaid, over worked. Little support from upper management about work related stress, they divert their issues onto other staff. Site Administrators take all the credit for the employees who are working 60 hour works.

The training and corporate engagement is fantastic. The amount of programs offered to the members is outstanding.

Cons

Like any other corporation, there are unrealistic expectations and redundancies that waste time and money. The pay is very low considering how much education and experience the staff have.
