Team connection makes the place enjoyable.

Cons

Poor leadership, they choose favorites, use their “power” to belittle staff, underpaid, over worked. Little support from upper management about work related stress, they divert their issues onto other staff. Site Administrators take all the credit for the employees who are working 60 hour works.

PTO easily to use, if you want to not work and get paid, no oversight,

Cons

No ethics, leadership overpaid and no where to be found, lack of training, staff shortage, clients teaching themselves school online with no school or IEP support, constant police engagement, no accountability in any role, witnessing staff disagreements and staff engaging in personal relationships, constant member disagreements with no support from director who never answers or intervenes, director who is always overwhelmed, stressed, or frustrated.

They will wrongfully terminate you, they are a click, and if you don't get along with our management, you will be sought after. The benefits are terrible when it comes to medical, I've seen better with nonprofit and offering better benefits. Do not work at Arrowhead location!
