Great vision and mission Dedicated employees trying their best

Cons

High case loads, struggling to provide consistent care because everyone is spread too thin. High turnover leaves everyone picking up the pieces in constant damage control mode. Vision does not match the reality and continuing to take on new patients when there is not enough staff to care for the current patients. It’s hard to feel good about the work you are doing, patients feel and express it as well. Peer staff are not well supported (or compensated) and are overworked which is hard on their mental health. Spent a lot of time nurturing co-workers mental health from the high stress of the job.

Met a few nice well intentioned people there most who have since quit because management tends to blame and brow beat rather than take responsibility for their own lack of training and leadership.

Cons

The AZ company hired alot of people before even figuring out that medicare is different in Utah. They Blame staff staff for their own failures. Very high turnover rates of good staff.
