Whether you are just starting your career or finishing it Copa Health is for you. I personally chose to start my career here and loved it so much I have stayed 35 years. What keeps me here is Copa Health's transparency, innovation, compassion, opportunities for professional growth, engaging leadership and the positive outcomes of those we serve.

Cons

It is difficult to come up with cons because Copa Health is quick to address and resolve issues. Copa Health is not flawless but the key is they operate on the belief of continuous improvement.

I have been at Copa Health for a year and I have never been so welcomed into a culture. I have been supported in learning my position, guided by my supervisor and helped by the CEO. The culture is inclusive, expectations are clear and we work together to make things happen. Shar's vision is based on success and growth in the workplace as well as work life balance and family. She has a clear direction for Copa Health and is willing to work with everyone to make that happen. Copa Health is lucky to have her.

Cons

I miss being at work with everyone during COVID when so many of us are at home.
