Pros

I have been with Copa health now three years and from day one I have loved this position and the members. The support from Management is and has been excellent since starting . The amount of support, care, and compassion from the team leaders. The CEO shar has been a great supporter for the employees so that we can take care of the members while during this covid 19 pandemic. Hoa is a breath of fresh air who cares, shows empathy, concern, and praise. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a career not just a job. I feel so grateful to be able to work from home. I feel so supported in all ways!!!!!!!

Cons

At the moment pay, however Shar is working on a review system to improve the raise system. :)

Pros

Competitive salary, positive and professional staff, one stop shop for integrated behavioral health needs, no layoffs amidst COVID-19 pandemic, employee retainment efforts.

Cons

Working from home is a challenge especially for peers.

I have been with the company for 7yrs. Been lot of changes. Been a great place to work. Great staff and leadership. Enjoy doing groups. Making a difference for the members and changing there lifes!

Cons

Could be better support for employees. Salary increases.
