The job provides flexibility and the pay is decent.

Cons

The amount of driving required from you. Also, the fact that there is a lot of work put on you that you will never fill like you can get your to-do list done. The processes for things don't make much sense and if you are a CM you will be doing everyone's work.

Cons

Often very short handed and expected to meet ALL metrics. No yearly pay increase for your performance review. No retention or pay increase for current employees.
