I would say nothing at all, but working from home was the only positive

Cons

First off, HR is non existent and very incompetent. This company misrepresents the salary and commissions. They delayed paying me and I'm still missing money. Management is terrible and unprofessional. They threaten your job every week and any time they come out with a new stupid policy. I was so broke and miserable working for this company. Quitting was the best thing I did so far this year.

Work itself is fun. Especially if into cars but the politics aren’t great

Cons

Constant changes. More and more expected from you with no additional wage and constant nagging from management. Threats of disciplinary for everything. Pay is ok if you can get the work done but constant unachievable loads provided and if you don’t collect it’s always drivers fault
