First off, HR is non existent and very incompetent. This company misrepresents the salary and commissions. They delayed paying me and I'm still missing money. Management is terrible and unprofessional. They threaten your job every week and any time they come out with a new stupid policy. I was so broke and miserable working for this company. Quitting was the best thing I did so far this year.

The work schedule is not flexible, there is a lot of micro-management, and many people quit. Management has favorites and often gives high-volume sales accounts to their friends.
