Able to spend time indoors and outside Wheel loaders are fun to drive! Running your own business (but remember, big brother is always looking)

Cons

Poor upper management- very few have college degrees and it shows. You're unofficially encouraged to fire people to keep the rest of the workers "on track" Audits - you will grow to hate that word. 3-4 computer audits per year and one physical. They expect perfection. If you call below 80% two times and you're gone.

Nice office building, Good people and environment, Lots of good foods around the office, and Treat their employers very good and fair

Cons

I don't think there is a con working at Copart.....but maybe for some people they still pay them too low compare to average wage for similar position at other company

Pros

At copart you will mainly be working 40hrs a week not often forces to work over time...which is good.

Cons

You are forced to work 40hrs no matter what and you have to wear business casual attire even though you never meet any clients or anything..its such a waste.
