One of the major concerns is that management does not always listen to the representatives, and there is no clear IJP (Internal Job Posting) structure. I have been working here for the past 2 years and have complete process knowledge, yet I feel deserving employees are not always given the right growth opportunities.
Instead, newer employees who joined after us and may have only been in the system for around 6 months, without complete process knowledge, are being promoted to roles such as Group Leader, Quality Analyst, and Team Leader.
At this point, I simply come to work, follow my Team Leader’s instructions, complete my responsibilities, earn my salary, and go home. If someone is looking mainly for career growth and internal opportunities, this may not be the ideal place for them.
