      Lack of training and expectations.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, work remotely, small HSA matching, possibility of bonusing.

      Cons

      Very negative work environment. Training is minimal, but expectations are high. No formal repremanding, rather threats against your job. Turnover is high. Bonus requirements increase every year.

      Flexible hours, not too stressful of a job

      Cons

      Not easy to move up within the company. A lot of nepotism. Reviews were not done on time, if done at all.

      Decent benefits. Accommodating in regards to time off requests.

      Cons

      Management. Inconsistent, except for constant micromanagement. Borders on harassment. Constantly monitored claims, hours, length of lunch breaks, arrival & departure times.
