Unrealistic expectations, which no one can reach.

Everyday having to deal with being watched to go to the bathroom. Not having the ability to work from home unless you are one to kiss up everyday. You only get ahead here if you are RELATED to the right person or friends with the right person. The constant layoffs of people that have been there forever while keeping people on the job that are trouble and know nothing about what they are doing. Supervisors aren't there to watch you succeed only fail. People get demoted here for wrong doings and yet STILL keep their job. It is highly discouraged to speak to anyone at work. They want you to isolate yourself and live a militaristic daily work life. Most managers,leads, supervisors are all people that belittle others. Raises are non-existent. No congratulations on a job well done ever!!! lunches are short. Work is boring. Office is freezing cold...they invest their money into decorating the office and NOT their people.
