There is a lot of favoritism going and when I say a lot I mean if you are not related to management, you will not go any higher in CorVel

You can work from home because you'll always be working. The caseload is almost impossible, and if you work hard and put in the extra hours they'll just give you more work. They promise training but this is non-existent, and when you ask for help just expect to get yelled at. Then while you're overworked and under-trained you'll start making mistakes, so they can justify their mediocre salaries and disallow you to work from home, even though you should be getting serious OT just to keep up. And even if you work hard and can keep up, just remember you're halving your salary working 80 hr weeks, which only get worse with promotions. Management doesn't listen as they've been told these things over and over, and instead prefer to act blameless and talk down to employees.
