Pros

Free lunch, snacks and breakfast for various occasions. Nice people to work with. Covered parking garage

Cons

NO FLEXIBILITY AT ALL.....Unless you are in a certain department where you are treated as an adult and not watched over and micromanaged. I'm giving the place a 2 rating because the building is nice, great location (which doesn't really matter because you cannot do anything with a 30 min lunch. and NO you cannot combine your lunch and breaks) so bring your lunch everyday or eat from the overpriced deli...no running errands on lunch.....back to the NO WORK LIFE BALANCE THING. Only paid 2x per month. Benefits not comparable to other companies within the healthcare industry.

Pros

You can find a few good people there

Cons

-Favoritism runs wild - Some leads/managers slept their way to that promotion. Not kidding at all. - Some managers should never be managing anything. Like even a play date let alone a department. -No chance at promotion. The VP even says that!! They tell you basically deal with it or there's the door. - Salary and raises are horrible. They think 1% is good. Managers have to fight for 2 or 3%. - Morale is awful. People are completely miserable. When they quit they act as though they have been reborn. - if offered a job quite simply say NO. You will searching soon as you get there.
