Caring co-workers, decent schedule, easy job with very little challenge once the job is learned

Cons

Inadequate & inconsistent training for new hires, bad employees are not dealt with, little room for advancement, supervisors who know nothing about their job, relying too heavily on good employees thus creating burn out, benefits below average for a healthcare company, decent but not great pay
