Pros

Working for Coram gives a an individual an opportunity to help those who are in serious need of medical treatment. Coram offers an exceptional employee benefits package.

Cons

The employee training at Coram could us an overhaul. Sometimes and employee is thrown into a project without given detailed instruction or training. The employee is left to figure things out on his/her own.

Pros

Flexibility, less stress than hospital, small office with friendly staff, love my pts like family, get paid for drive time and mileage. I'm very happy to be working here

Cons

Occasional miscommunication, forgotten supplies, or difficult pts. Occasional late SOC's. Pay raises for PRN staff not given which really doesnt give incentive to work to your full potential.
