      Pros

      You get a paycheck. I seriously can't think of anything else.

      Cons

      Constant changes, inconsistent communication, too many meetings, the work is incredibly boring which makes for long days. Benefits have changed too many times in the past few years. CVS website tools are ridicously tough to navigate, even management has issues. Lots of red tape. you can't actually get an answer to a question, accounts get "elevated" but nothing resolved and it effects the patients. Training leaves a lot to be desired. Short lunch breaks, there have been 4 different building directors (not because of promotions) in 3 years.
