Pros

Hard working co-workers who are team players and work together to get medications out to patients on time. Getting to really connect with and help patients. Set schedule with weekends off (except for On-call work).

Cons

Upper management uses negative reinforcement and scare tactics to accomplish things and this behavior is encouraged by the corporation. There are huge turnovers of staff, again and again, and yet no one cares how management acts as long as they are showing the branch has a profit.

Pros

Home infusion RPh jobs are difficult to find. Been working there > 5 years.

Cons

Salary. Office politics not good. Immediate and Regional management not supportive or caring. Only care about profits not patient or employee satisfaction.
