Pros

When i started here, things were great. There are very good benefits and i love my co-workers and most of my patients, but it stops there now.

Cons

Since cvs has taken over, things are just bad. Management doesn't care, i had a laughable raise over 3 years of employment. Over worked and way under paid. Always putting more on your plate outside of your job description. Can't find quality candidates because people in the industry talk.

Pros

If you are honest and hard working, you get rewarded with acknowledgement from your immediate supervisor. You have room to grow as an employee, and they seem to hire management from within.

Cons

I don't have time to learn other positions. There is not enough time in the day to do what we need to do.
