Pros

Flextime and they're floating holidays is about it, everything else is smoke and mirrors. I was employed for over two years before I quit.

Cons

Management is constantly changing supervisors have no idea what they are doing when they do know what they're doing it seems like upper management ignores them. The micromanagement is beyond exhausting the systems and never work, time sensitive information is never relayed appropriately. Contracts are never updated, fillers are never listened to when asked our opinions on how to implement change.

Pros

Flexible start times, and my coworkers are good people.

Cons

Systems are horrible. They recently closed one of their billing offices and I believe more closings are on the horizon. Stay away!!
