Perhaps the worse place to work still!

Pros

Based on reviews. Does not sound like there is much to offer or much to brag about or support anything about this place.

Cons

It has been years since I worked here, worked there for many years. Curiously read reviews. Based on reviews Coram is still a horrible place to work, still high turn over, still promote the same way, those who suck up are promoted, not those who worked the hardest.. management still treats employees horribly. Still way too much over time, and still impossible to get time off. Sounds like it should only be a place to stop while you continue looking for a job.

Pros

Decent starting pay with paid leave. Flexible hours. Calm work environment. Casual dress on Fridays. Open door policy with Supervisor.

Cons

No room for upward mobility. Very small yearly raises. High Deductible Insurance Plan. Having to work weekends and being on call.
