      Pros

      No micro-managing, liked my team, free to manage accounts by your judgement, good teaching materials for patients, company is by far better than other infusion companies.

      Cons

      Bad leadership (places high performers in leadership roles instead of people who are accountable and trustworthy), the left hand is never on the same page as the right hand, operations is rough to deal with, benefits process takes forever which doesn't allow you to be accountable. Very stressful, very dysfunctional.

      Pros

      If you like overtime, when them want you to allow it you can make money.

      Cons

      Poor management, low pay for the CSS/pharmacy technician which are the most important position on the pharmacy, bad benefits, bad environment, CSS can complete their job because of the volume of phone call all direct it to them.

      Pay is aggressive and benefits/ 401k is good.

      Cons

      Literally everything else not listed in pro section is a con. Busy intense work pace. Terrible management in place and very toxic work expectations. Salary favoritism is very present so beware.
