If you are a clinician considering a clinical service liaison, territory manager, or regional sales manager role, please read my honest review. I’ve been company for many years, and it continuously gets worse. It’s so hard to make commission now with the poor reputation Coram has in the community. Patients and customers wait on hole with the enteral department for up to an hour. The infusion pharmacy hates going to work and are miserable. They choose not to answer the phone often too. People walk out constantly in such a high turnover rate. There’s just a negative attitude and a backstabbing approach. Leader ship does not want to hear constructive criticism and feedback. They take it as an insult and an excuse, and you should just do your job, when they literally cannot take care of the business that you bring in. So many service failures that our reputation is tarnished and will take a long time to come back from. But to sell! No excuses! there is no flexibility and no doing anything above and beyond for customers because it’s all about the bottom line. I asked for $200 to be written off for an account that produces a half million dollars of revenue a year, and they declined it. That is so absolutely ineffective leadership and visionary. They just don’t get it. Please do not take the job, you will regret it, and I promise you that. Everybody on my team is trying to leave.
