Pros

People are great to work with

Cons

Corporate (a subsidiary of CVS) has way too much involvement in separate branches. They only care about money and not their employees. They cut hours and add on work that is counterproductive. They try to make cost saving changes for all locations without knowing the area and how it will effect the patients and employees that work in that location. There is much burn out and high turn over for employees.
